Peoples Bank of the Ozarks

Morelock-Ross Builders Inc. is the general contractor of this new branch for Peoples Bank of the Ozarks. Slone Architects PC is doing the architecture work on the project. Engineers are Edelman Engineering, structural; Crocker Consulting Engineers Inc., mechanical; and Shaffer & Hines Inc., civil. The 2,740-square-foot, wood-frame building with brick exterior will be the 12th branch of Nixa-based Peoples Bank of the Ozarks. Construction cost for the project, which should be completed by June 1, was not disclosed.
