Jim Jura, chief executive officer and general manager of Associated Electric Cooperative Inc., has been elected to serve on the Hawthorn Foundation board of directors for a three-year term. The foundation is a privately funded, nonprofit and nonpartisan group of Missouri business leaders who support and supplement Missouri's economic development programs.
