Kerry Scott has joined the staff of Scott Consulting Engineers PC in Springfield as a project engineer in transportation. Scott holds a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. He has more than 10 years of consulting engineering experience and will be responsible for design and business development of transportation projects.
