Tim Laffoon has joined Universal Systems House as technical service manager, overseeing technical support, network/PC installation and administration. Laffoon has more than 15 years of experience in the technical customer service community.
Shayne Burgess has also joined Universal Systems House as a service technician, handling network/PC installation, PC repair and troubleshooting. Burgess previously worked for EZ Computers as a service technician.
