Shellie Jones has joined the staff of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. She will be responsible for editing the Springfield Spirit. Jones previously worked with the Springfield Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Keith Hartner has joined Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. as director of the marketing/communications divi-
sion. Hartner is a native of Clinton and graduated from Northeastern Oklahoma State College in Tahlequah, Okla., with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
