Shaun Burke has been named executive vice president at Signature Bank. Burke has 16 years of experience in the banking industry. He joined Signature Bank in June of 1997, when the bank was formed. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking of Colorado in Boulder.

Paul D. Law-rence has joined the office of Joseph W. Tucker, CPA. Lawrence is a certified public accountant with more than six years of public accounting experience. He provides tax and accounting services for small businesses, as well as individual income and estate taxes.

The Springfield office of Baird, Kurtz & Dobson has announced the promotions of four staff members from senior accountants to supervisors:

Jeffrey E. Allen supervises audits and cost-report preparation services, and provides Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement consulting services for clients in the hospital, home care and specialized clinic industries.

Jason L. Buschert provides auditing and consulting services for clients in manufacturing, real estate and construction industries.

Julie M. McIntosh works with governmental and nonprofit organizations and clients in the real estate industry, providing auditing and consulting services.

Jeff E. Rowe is a member of the firm's tax services department and provides tax planning and preparation services for a range of clients, including nonprofit organizations, corporations, partnerships and individuals.
