Suzanne Fraley has joined Empire Bank as facility manager and loan officer for Empire's Chesterfield Village facility. Fraley will oversee facility operations and consumer and real estate lending.
Robert C. Fulp has been promoted to senior vice president of Commerce Bank. Fulp's responsibilities include managing the bank's treasury services and medical/private banking divisions. He is also director of business development.
Robert D. Johns has been promoted to branch manager of the Commerce Bank Branson Banking Center. Johns is responsible for managing retail sales and customer service, including residential real estate lending in Branson.
