Warner "Bud" Sherman, PE, RG, has joined the staff of ESC Inc. Consulting Engineers. Sherman is an environmental engineer with several years of experience in environmental permitting and regulatory matters with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources, specializing in water quality, wastewater treatment, water supply and distribution, concentrated animal feeding operations, solid waste management, ash utilization from coal combustion, hazardous waste management and related disciplines.
