Sharon L. Matney has been promoted to vice president responsible for business development at Commerce Bank's investment management group. Matney has more than 20 years of experience in personal trust, estate and employee benefit administration. She formerly served as senior trust officer.

Sally Hamilton has been promoted to trust officer responsible for employee benefit and institutional accounts at Commerce Bank's Investment Management Group. Hamilton has 15 years of experience in employee benefits administration, income tax preparation and accounting. She is a certified public accountant.

Doug Bennett, CPA, has been elected a partner at Baird, Kurtz & Dobson, certified public accountants. Bennett is the outgoing associate director of accounting and auditing and will transfer to the firm's Kansas City office as director of accounting and auditing.

C. Travis Webb, CPA, has been promoted to manager and named associate director of accounting and auditing at Baird, Kurtz & Dobson. In this position, Webb will provide technical support to BKD auditors, implement new professional standards, review audit engagements and assist with peer reviews.
