Mary Jane Stead has joined the office of Davis, Lynn & Moots PC as a staff accountant in the audit department. Stead formerly worked for NationsBank. She is a 1998 graduate of Drury College with a bachelor's degree in accounting.

Mark Nance has also joined Davis, Lynn & Moots as a staff accountant in the firm's audit department. Nance formerly worked as a senior auditor for the Missouri State Auditor's office in Jefferson City. He is a 1994 graduate of SMSU with a master's degree in accounting.

Joseph D. Page, a CPA with Whitlock, Selim & Keehn LLP, has been promoted to manager at the Springfield office. With more than eight years of public accounting experience, Page provides accounting, taxation and business consulting services to a range of clients. He will also handle overall office and client management at the firm's Branson office.

Kathy L. Hillenburg, a CPA with Whitlock, Selim & Keehn, has been promoted to manager. Hillenburg supervises the small business accounting services area of the practice and provides accounting software consultation and support. She has been with the firm for approximately 11 years.

Four staff accountants have joined the Springfield office of Baird, Kurtz & Dobson, CPAs:

Bradley K. Brotherton and Stacey J. Randel are 1998 summa cum laude graduates of Southwest Baptist University. Brotherton graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting, and Randel earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration.

William W. Ladd and Michelle C. Witzke are 1998 graduates of SMSU. Both received bachelor's degrees in

accounting. Ladd graduated cum laude, and Witzke earned magna cum laude honors.
