Dr. Terry Burpo has joined Dr. Houston Ker of James River Dental Center as an associate. Burpo is a 1997 graduate of Southern Illinois University and has worked as a contract dentist at Fort Hood, Texas, and in Minnesota.
Alfred Lovitz has been appointed vice president of operations at Balanced Care Corporation. Lovitz has 24 years of health care experience in both hospital and long-term care. He previously worked for Arbor Health Care Company of Lima, Ohio. Lovitz replaces former vice president of operations John Foster, who retired from the company in June.
