Knust holds a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in education, and she has served as an instructor with the American Institute of Banking.

Randy Doenning has been promoted to vice president at Signature Bank. Doenning is a consumer lender with 13 years' experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Signature in 1997, he worked with Boatmen's Bank. Doenning holds a bachelor's degree in economics and finance.
