Darren Crowder and B.J. Majernik have been named assistant directors of admissions at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar. Both men are recent graduates of SBU. Crowder will coordinate new student recruiting in central Missouri and the St. Louis area. Majernik is responsible for new student recruiting in southeast Missouri and the eastern United States.
Rick Nebel has been named chief information officer at SBU. He has been working as director of computer services at SBU since 1981. As CIO, Nebel will be responsible for the university's technology and will oversee the work of four areas: instructional computing, user support, network services and administrative computing.
