Ted Dick has been promoted to manager of sales training for Alltel. He is responsible for training sales managers and business sales representatives in all of Alltel's market areas. Dick previously served as direct sales manager for the Springfield market area and will remain in Springfield. Dick joined Alltel in 1993 after holding various sales management positions with Shasta Beverage and Sunshine Biscuits. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas.
