Leo Perreault, vice president and general manager of ALLTEL, has been promoted to president of the Midwest market area. This new position will require Perreault to relocate to Hudson, Ohio.
Ray Thomas has been appointed to take Perreault's place as vice president and general manger. Thomas has been with ALLTEL for five years, most recently as vice president of business processes.
