Randall K. Brown, PE, has been promoted to office manager of the Springfield office of Larkin Associates Consulting Engineers Inc., a member of The Larkin Group. Brown, who has been with the firm since 1995, most recently as an associate engineer, will direct all activities of the office, including marketing, business development, human resources and administrative activities, in addition to continuing project management and engineering responsibilities.
