Julie Fraker has been appointed bank manager of Metropolitan National Bank in Ozark following the retirement of Jim Clark. Fraker has been with Metropolitan for four years, most recently as assistant bank manager in Nixa. Fraker will be responsible for management of the Ozark facility, including consumer and real estate lending. Fraker has studied business at SMSU and the University of Missouri-Columbia, and has first-hand experience in small-business ownership.
Sandi Bolin has been appointed bookkeeping and data processing supervisor for Citizens National Bank of Springfield. Formerly with Eisenhower National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, Bolin has more than nine years of banking experience in the areas of operations, customer relations, quality assurance and customer service. She hold a bachelor's degree in education from SMSU.
Andrea Dumat, RN, BSN, has joined the Springfield office of Baird, Kurtz & Dobson, CPAs, as a senior consultant with BKD Health Care Group. She provides clinical and operational consulting for home health and hospice agencies, as well as training agency personnel on how to comply with Medicare regulations. A registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience in health care, Dumat was previously supervisor of the reconsideration/hearings/appeals unit for the fiscal intermediary Blue Cross of California, and supervisor for the Northern California Medical Review for five years.
Shirley Fullerton has joined Great Southern Bank as mortgage loan originator. In that position, she will work out of the Neosho office managing all aspects of residential lending for the Neosho and Carthage area. Prior to coming to Great Southern, Fullerton was employed at Newton County Abstract & Title Co. as an escrow closer-abstractor with responsibility for settlement statement preparation, loan payoff and preparation of closing and bank documents.
Mike Brower joined Great Southern Bank as mortgage loan originator. He will work out of the 1710 E. 32nd St. office in Joplin and manage residential lending for the Joplin, Carl Junction and Webb City area. Prior to working with Great Southern, Brower was a branch manager for Beneficial Financial Services for four years with responsibility for loan approvals, auditing loans, collections and daily operations of the branch.
