Alex Rafalovich, PE, has joined Scott Consulting Engineers PC as a project engineer focusing on water and wastewater projects for local cities and counties. Rafalovich formerly practiced engineering in northern California for eight years, serving numerous municipalities. He received his master's degree in civil engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Butler, Rosenbury & Partners has made the following additions to its staff:
Brenda Clutter has joined the firm as an interior designer. Prior to her new position, she worked in the space- planning department at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has a bachelor's degree in interior design from SMSU.
Billy Kimmons is a Bolivar native who joined the team as a student intern. He is in his fifth year of studying architecture and mathematics at Hammons School of Architecture at Drury College.
Camille Knowles has joined the Butler Rosenbury team as human resources coordinator. Knowles worked as an office administrator for a medical clinic prior to joining the firm, and she holds a broker's license in insurance.
Jamie Maiden, originally from Littleton, Colo., joins the firm as a student intern. She is a fourth-year student at Hammons School of Architecture at Drury College.
Fred Ostrosky, originally from Dundee, Mich., has joined the firm as an intern architect. He graduated from the Hammons School of Architecture at Drury with a bachelor's degree in architecture.
Cari Sims has joined the firm as a marketing intern. Sims is a native of Paris, Mo. She is a third-year student at SMSU.
Reggie Stump has joined Butler Rosenbury as a student intern. He is a fourth-year student at Hammons School of Architecture at Drury College.
