Angela Ghan has been admitted as a partner of CPA firm Davis, Lynn & Moots PC. Ghan, a 1988 graduate of SMSU, is a member of the tax services department of the firm. As partner, Ghan will be responsible for the preparation of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns. She will also provide tax planning services for businesses and individuals. Ghan is on the Taxation Committee of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Jacqueline Wagner Kaufman has joined Commerce Bank as trust officer in the bank's investment management group division. She is responsible for customer service and administration related to personal trust services. Prior to joining Commerce, Kaufman was an accountant for Portland Service Area Foundation in Portland, Ore. She holds a bachelor's degreee in accounting and a master's degree in business administration.
Donna Meyers has been promoted to branch manager of Commerce Bank's main banking center in Bolivar. Meyers is an assistant vice president with 30 years' experience with Commerce in Bolivar, having served in several different positions. Prior to her promotion, Meyers was a financial services manager. Her new duties will include overseeing branch operations, managing retail sales and customer service.
