Dana Maugans has been hired to fill the newly created position of convention sales manager at the Springfield Convention and Visitors Bureau. Maugans' employment at the Convention and Visitors Bureau will be effective Jan. 18. Maugans was previously employed by the Sheraton and Clarion hotels.
