Liz Campbell has been named assistant trust administrator at Springfield Trust Company. She has been involved in the industry for more than nine years.

Kendall Cook was recently promoted to vice president of Citizens National Bank of Springfield. He was previously assistant vice president and worked at CNB for nearly four years. His duties include commercial and agriculture lending.

Jill Dobbs has joined investor services at Empire Bank, as an investor services representative. She is a licensed securities professional and has more than five years of investment experience. Dobbs is a graduate of the University of Missouri.
