Andy Dunlap joined Liberty Mortgage as assistant vice president. He is a graduate of the University of La Verne in Los Angeles, and is retired from the U.S. Navy. Dunlap will be an originator in
the real estate lending area, working with Realtors, builders and consumers.
Alan Engleman has been promoted to loan officer at Liberty Bank. He is a 1987 graduate of SMSU with a bachelor's degree in business. Engleman began his banking career in 1983. Previously, he has worked as a teller, and in operations and loans.
Dena G. Jenkins has been promoted to assistant vice president of Liberty Bank. She has been in the banking industry since 1984 and with Liberty Bank since it opened in 1995. As assistant vice president, Jenkins will oversee new account operations of all seven Liberty Bank locations, as well as product development and customer research.
Michael S. Keller has joined Liberty Bank as a senior vice president. Keller began his banking career in 1968, following an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and region manager of Metropolitan National Bank in Marshfield.
Tim Osredker has joined Liberty Bank as a senior vice president in charge of human resources and compliance. Osredker is an SMSU graduate with more than 15 years of experience in banking and regulatory compliance.
Alana R. Patterson, CPA, is the new chief financial officer of Liberty Bank. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. Before joining Liberty Bank, Patterson was a supervisor at Kirkpatrick, Phillips & Miller. Her duties at Liberty Bank will include financial reporting, asset and liability management, and preparation of regulatory reports.
Carla Peterson joined Liberty Bank as a banking officer at the bank's new location, 4021 S. Campbell. She has more than 12 years' banking experience. Most recently, she worked for NationsBank in Aurora.
Michael R. Rankin, CMB, is the new president of Liberty Mortgage, a division of Liberty Bank. He has been in the mortgage banking business since 1970 and holds the certified mortgage banker designation, conferred by the Mortgage Banker's Association of America. Rankin is also a past president of The Mortgage Banker's Association of Missouri.
Brad Douglas has been named the regional advocate for small business for Region VII of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Region VII includes Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. Douglas is a licensed attorney. His experience includes director of corporate affairs for the Home Builder's Institute and director of the State of Missouri office in Washington, D.C., for Gov. Carnahan. Most
recently, he served the SBA as associate administrator for the office of field operations and deputy assistant administrator for congressional and legislative affairs. His new duties include aiding, counseling, assisting and protecting the interests of local small business concerns.
Tony Zadnick has joined KSPR, Springfield-33 as an account manager. He comes to the station with a background in radio media sales. Leslie Summers has been promoted from national sales manager to account manager at Springfield 33. As account managers, Zadnick and Summers will be responsible for building the station's local advertising business.[[In-content Ad]]
