JPS & Associates Inc. has announced two additions to its staff.
Rebecca Hearst has joined JPS as office manager. She has more than 25 years of experience in management, corporate accounting and human resources. She has a degree in business and accounting from the University of New Orleans. Hearst is responsible for office operations at JPS and is involved in the restructuring and integration of all office and accounting functions for the firm.
Jeff Smith has been made a partner at JPS. He received his degree in architecture from Kansas State University in 1995. Since joining JPS in 1995, he has served as project manager on a number of projects.
Roger E. Huckfeldt, MD, FACS, has been named director of trauma service for St. John's Regional Health Center in Springfield. He relocated from Columbia where he was the director of trauma at the University of Missouri Hospitals and Clinics. He received his medical degree from Creighton University Medical School and completed his internship and residency in general surgery at the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as a fellowship in surgical care.
Sandie Morgan has been named administrator and chief development officer of the Freeman Foundation. She began her duties in April. Morgan began her employment at Freeman Health System in 1994 as director of Children's Miracle Network. She was executive director of United Way of Joplin. She has a bachelor's degree from Missouri Southern State College.
Matt Kaminsky has joined Thomas McGee LC Insurance Agency as a sales executive. He previously worked as manager of the Springfield facility of Concrete Placement Inc.
Taylor Palmisano & Smith, marketing and communications, announces the addition of two associates and one promotion:
Kristen Feola has been promoted to media coordinator with Taylor, Palmisano & Smith. She has served agency clients in the creative services area for the past two years. Feola is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar.
Eric Ray, art director, comes to Taylor, Palmisano & Smith from the Springfield News-Leader. He has a bachelor of fine arts degree in illustration from California State University-Long Beach.
Kristi Stringer, media services, has joined Taylor, Palmisano & Smith after five years with Springfield ReManufacturing Corporation, where she was involved in The Great Game of Business seminar and consulting divisions. She has a bachelor's degree from SMSU.[[In-content Ad]]
A Springfield couple launched 24-hour fitness center Iron Knights Strafford; Springfield-based Meridian Title Co. LLC made its debut in Mount Vernon; and a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in conjunction with the grand opening of Render Flooring LLC.
