Dr. Robert O. Lunn has joined Southwest Missouri State University's College of Business Administration program this year as a professor of management and director of the master of health administration degree program. Lunn received his bachelor's degree from Williams College, his master's degree in hospital administration from Duke University and his doctor of philosophy degree in business administration from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
Dr. Elizabeth J. Rozell is a new addition to SMSU's management faculty. She comes from Missouri Southern State College where she taught organizational behavior and strategic management classes in the school of business. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from SMSU, and her doctor of philosophy in business administration from the University of Mississippi in 1992.
Jan Bradam has been promoted to banking center manager for Empire Bank's Hammons Tower location. A 10-year veteran of Empire Bank, Bradam is responsible for customer service, overseeing daily operations and management of the facility staff.
Linda Dahlman recently joined the staff of Whitlock, Selim & Keehn LLP as a staff consultant. She has 10 years of experience in accounting and consulting and spent three years as a consultant in Iowa. Dahlman received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Missouri Southern State College.
Neal V. Nickels, registered securities principal and independent contractor with Linsco/Private Ledger, is the new manager of Citizens National Investment Services. He has 18 years of experience in the securities field and offers various investment products and health and life insurance. He qualified for LPL's Freedom Club in 1998, ranking in the top 15 percent of brokers nationwide.
Samuel H. Drysdale has been promoted to senior account manager for Premier Health Plans. He has been with the company for five years and was senior account manager. He is responsible for fielding and maintaining sales, service and operational relationships with Premier's employer groups, agents/brokers, consultants and buying cooperatives of health care services.
Tonby Noronha has been hired as senior vice president and chief financial officer at St. John's Regional Medical Centers, Joplin. He graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is also a certified public accountant. He worked most recently as regional vice president of finance for Mercy Health Partners in Toledo, Ohio.
James L. Winter has been named manager of group sales and services of Premier Health Plans. He has 15 years of professional health insurance experience. He is responsible for development and management of new member enrollment and service programs for Premier. He oversees a staff of eight.
Dr. Ovais Zubair, MD, geriatrician, is the new medical director for Balanced Care Springfield East, a full-continuum senior health care facility. Zubair, a physician at Cox Senior Health Center, completed his fellowship in geriatric medicine at St. Louis University Hospital. He provides hospital and nursing-home services for adults 65 and older.
Tammy Corn has been promoted to property manager at Follman Properties. She will be responsible for managing office, retail and residential properties totalling more than 190,000 square feet for Follman's Springfield office.
