Bo Hagerman has been added to the staff at Pellham-Phillips-Hagerman Architects and Engineers as architect intern. He received a bachelor of science degree in architecture in 1998 from the University of Kansas. He previously worked for Gould Evans Goodman in Kansas City.
Dave Willard has joined the staff at Pellham-Phillips-Hagerman Archi-tects and Engineers as a graphic des-igner and computer animation spec-ialist. He will create 3-D models and computer visualizations of the firm's projects.
Dr. James L. Skinner has been named department head of geography, geology and planning at Southwest Missouri State University. He comes to SMSU from the University of Queensland in Queensland, Australia. Skinner received a doctorate in geography and urban studies from the University of Florida.
Beth J. Brown was recently hired as loan operations officer at Village Bank. She is responsible for the total loan administration area. Brown has 21 years of banking experience.
Gary Cooper was recently hired as vice president and cashier at Village Bank. His responsibilities include investment, financial reporting and daily man-agement of operations. Cooper has 22 years of banking experience and is a graduate of SMSU.
Teresa Fletcher has been promoted to assistant vice president at The Bank. Her res-ponsibilities include human resources, cash management services and operations. She attended SMSU and was previously employed at Boatmen's Bank for 15 years.
Kelli Houser has been named financial services manager at The Bank. She will oversee front-line operations at the Republic Road facility and has been with The Bank since 1997. She was previously employed at Boatmen's Bank. She has 10 years of banking experience.
Steve San Paolo was recently named president of Springfield Catholic Credit Union. He has 26 years of banking experience. His goal is to increase membership in local Catholic regions.
Brian Rigsby was recently hired as a consultant at Whitlock Selim & Keehn LLP, CPAs. His duties include evaluating and selecting information technologies, database systems development and electronic messaging.
Kelly A. Trygg, MD, has joined St. John's Medicine Group. She was previously in practice at Dallas County Community Medical Center in Buffalo, where she also served as the medical director for Colonial Springs Nursing Home. She received her medical degree and completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine.
Chuck T. Chalender has been appointed as a full-time agent for American Family Insurance. He has opened an office at 3457 S. Campbell, Ste. C. Chalender has been a Springfield resident for 38 years.
