Tricia Osborne, of Z-Tech, was promoted to corporate accounting manager of the building maintenance division for OutSource Partners Inc. She is responsible for the financial management of recent acquisitions, Gotham Building Services and Superior Building Services.

Lisa Atterberry was recently hired as operations manager at New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Springfield. She will be responsible for all daily operations activities, leadership of instructor staff and management of operating financials. Atterberry has 15 years of management, customer service and employee development experience. She previously worked at Empire Bank.

Jeffrey S. Gann joined Springfield Trust Company as an investment analyst. He comes to the company from General Electric Capital Corporation where he was a senior financial analyst. Gann received a master's degree in business administration and is working toward the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Casey G. Weber was recently promoted from staff accountant to senior accountant at Baird, Kurtz & Dobson. Weber provides auditing services for financial insti-tutions, not-for-profit organizations, colleges and universities. She is a graduate of Missouri Southern State College with a BSBA degree in accounting.

Sondra D. Weeks has been promoted from staff accountant to senior accountant. She is a member of Baird, Kurtz & Dobson's hospitals and medical practices team, provides auditing, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement counseling and cost report preparation services for hospitals. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting from SMSU.

Anita Kazen recently joined the staff of Barker Phillips Jackson Inc. in West Plains as a customer service agent. She is a licensed property and casualty agent.

Drs. Michael Bennett and Shari Kelm, both family practice physicians, recently joined St. John's Willard Medical Center. They both completed their residency training in Springfield. Bennett completed medical school at the University of Missouri and Kelm at the University of South Dakota.

Frank Rippee joined Creative Health Systems Inc. as a junior systems engineer. He received a degree in computer programming from Bryan Career College. He is working on an associate's degree in computer information systems.

Jennifer Wingard joined Creative Health Systems Inc. as a junior systems engineer. She received a degree in computer programming from Bryan Career College.

Denise Eldred was hired at Munzinger & Company Inc. She received a bachelor's degree in communications/public relations from Drury College and was with the Boy Scouts of America as director of development/public relations.

Grant Isher-wood has been hired as a business devel-opment specialist at the StaffMark Staffing Service Springfield office. His responsibilities include offering customized productivity-based staffing solutions to clients. He received a master's degree in business management.
