Terry Barksdale has been promoted to assistant vice president at Citizens National Bank. Her responsibilities include consumer, home equity and real estate lending. She previously served as mortgage loan processor and originator in CNB's real estate department. She has been with the bank for two years.

Lisa Markle serves as operations supervisor at Citizens National Bank. She oversees tellers, new accounts and operations. She received a bachelor's degree in business administration from SMSU.

Marla Smith is a loan assistant for Citizens National Bank's new location at 4221 S. Campbell. She has been with CNB since 1997 and has been in banking for 22 years.

Paula Phillips is a new-accounts representative for CNB. Her responsibilities include opening new accounts, processing debit card and ATM applications and other customer-service related issues. She has been with the bank for eight years. Her responsibilities include documentation for commercial, consumer and real estate loans.

Dave Thater has been named senior vice president and manager of the new Citizens National Bank location. His duties are commercial lending, business development and branch management. He has been a CNB employee for three years. He has a master's degree from Drury College.

Sam Williams has been named executive vice president at CNB. He is also a commercial lender and oversees Citizens National Investment Services. Williams has 36 years of experience and has been with CNB for three years. He has a business administration degree from SMSU.

Jennifer K. Huckfeldt recently joined the law firm of Carnahan Evans Cantwell & Brown PC. She received a juris doctorate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1991. She practiced law in Columbia and will continue to practice primarily in the areas of estate planning and estate administration.

Jeff Nippes, RPh, has joined The Medicine Shoppe staff, with more than 20 years of retail pharmacy experience. He graduated from pharmacy school at the University of Colorado-Boulder in 1976. He spent the past 10 years at Convenient Care Pharmacy.

Sam Biggers, CFO for GuildMaster, an accessory and furniture manufacturer, has been given the additional responsibility for the logistics management of the company's import program. This was in response to an increase in GuildMaster's import sales.

John Crawford has been elected secretary of the board of directors of Hammons Products Company, a supplier of eastern black walnuts. He joined the company in 1996 as transportation and purchasing manager.

Monica Lewis has been named team leader for materials management at GuildMaster. She is responsible for managing and leading teams in the areas of shipping, receiving, scheduling and inventory management. She joined the company in 1998.

Laura Ronald has been named treasurer at Hammons Products Company. She joined the company in 1996, serving as senior accountant. Ronald received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Missouri.

David L. Steinmuller has been named vice president at Hammons Products Company. For the past seven years, Steinmuller has managed the nutmeat sales and marketing programs.

Glenda Baker has been hired as account executive at Phone Bill Auditing Inc. She is responsible for PBA's Texas client base. The company acts as a consumer advocate for business clients by monitoring phone bills.
