Whitlock, Selim & Keehn has announced several new staff appointments:
Cindy Foster recently joined the accounting firm as a staff accountant. Prior to joining Whitlock, Selim & Keehn, Foster was an accounting assistant and corporate cashier for Wendy's of Missouri. She earned her bachelor's degree in accounting from Drury University.
Chris Griesemer recently joined Whitlock, Selim & Keehn as its network manager. He has more than five years of experience in the technology field and prior to joining the accounting firm was the southwest MIS manager for UMB Bank. Griesemer holds a bachelor's degree in computer information systems from SMSU and is a certified netware engineer.
Jennie Hart recently joined Whitlock, Selim & Keehn as the marketing director in the firm's Springfield office. Hart has more than eight years of experience in marketing and communications, and prior to joining Whitlock, Selim & Keehn, she was a marketing manager with Ernst & Young LLP in Chicago. Hart earned her bachelor of journalism degree in advertising from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Carrie Serati is a new staff accountant. Prior to joining Whitlock, Selim & Keehn, Serati was a management office assistant with Animal Health Group in Springfield. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from SMSU.
Kelly Winkler is a new part-time accountant at Whitlock, Selim & Keehn. Prior to joining the accounting firm, Winkler was an accounting assistant with the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and a rider and performer with the Dixie Stampede. She is currently working toward her bachelor's degree in accounting from SMSU.
Jill Wyatt recently joined Whitlock, Selim & Keehn as a staff accountant. Wyatt was previously a junior accountant for Ozark York Inc. in Springfield. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from SMSU.
Steve Mitchem has been promoted to senior vice president and chief lending officer at Great Southern Bank. Mitchem has been in banking for 26 years and at Great Southern for 10 years. He is a graduate of Drury University with a degree in business administration. He also holds a degree from the graduate school of banking at the University of Wisconsin.
Nichole L. Daniel, Melissa A. Rickard, Jaye L. Waynick and T. Diwa Wong have all joined the staff of Baird, Kurtz & Dobson in Springfield as staff accountants. Rendi J. Thomlinson has joined the accounting firm as an intern.
Daniel is a 1999 graduate of SMSU with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Rickard is also a graduate of SMSU with a degree in accounting.
Waynick is a 1999 graduate of Drury University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting.
Wong is a 1999 graduate of SMSU with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Thomlinson attends the University of Missouri-Columbia and plans to graduate in May 2001.

The Rev. Mark Struckhoff has been appointed as the first full-time director of The Rainbow Network. Struckhoff has a bachelor's degree from SMSU and a master of divinity degree from Southern Methodist University. He is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church and formerly served on the staff at Southwest Missouri State University.
Denise Berg Eldred has joined the staff of Children's Miracle Network as a development manager. She is a graduate of Drury University with a degree in communications. She was previously with the Boy Scouts of America.
