The Marlin Company announced three additions to its staff.

Matt Rose is a designer in the company's creative department. Rose is a graduate of SMSU. In his new position, he is responsible for regional and national accounts.

John Rutkowski joined the company as an art director. Rutkowski has been honored by the Society of Illustrators and his work has been published in numerous creative award annuals, including Communication Arts and Print Magazine.

April Stanley is an account service executive. She manages national and regional accounts. Prior to joining the Marlin Company, Stanley worked for Southwestern Bell Communications, and, most recently, she held a position with GSDM Advertising in Austin, Texas.

Finance

O. Keran Lemons joined BKD Investment Advisors LLC as a senior advisor. He provides financial planning and investment advisory services for individuals and businesses. Lemons has more than 15 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, as a senior vice president and manager of commercial lending, and in treasury management. Previously, Lemons worked as a financial consultant for an international investment firm.

Nancy D. O'Reilly, PsyD, was appointed to the board of directors of Springfield Trust Company. She is a licensed clinical psychologist, and the managing member of O'Reilly Health & Wellness Centers LLC.

Manufacturing

Jay Triplett has been promoted to vice president of manufacturing for Monett-based EFCO Corp. He also has recently been elected to the company's board of directors. Triplett joined EFCO Corp. in 1996 as the quality assurance manager. He was promoted to plant manager of the Monett facility in 1998, and assumed the position of the director of manufacturing in 1999. As the vice president of manufacturing, Triplett is responsible for the management of EFCO's production in Monett and Barnwell, S.C. In the past, Triplett has worked for the Emerson Electric Co. and Coin Acceptors Inc.

Media

Diana Weber has joined the staff of the Springfield Business Journal as circulation director. She oversees subscriber service and circulation development for the weekly business publication and the monthly Springfield Parent & Family magazine. Additionally, she supervises the telemarketing and delivery staff, and coin-box and rack sales. Weber previously served as circulation marketing manager for thePro Shops Catalog and most recently was the telemarketing supervisor in the Springfield News-Leader circulation department.
