Butler, Rosenbury & Partners, an architecture and engineering firm, announced two staff additions.
Brad Brookshire joined the firm as a first-year computer technologist. He plans to complete his associate's degree from Vatterott College in August. Joe Heithaus joined the firm as a civil engineering design technician. Heithaus earned an associate of applied science degree in civil drafting, design and survey from the Denver Institute of Technology.

The Springfield Family YMCA announced the addition of four staff members.
Dawn Cosby joined the organization as the director of finance. Cosby previously was a senior accountant with Wilhoit Properties.
Becky White joined the staff as the director of aquatics. White has experience in all aspects of aquatics. Prior to joining the YMCA, she worked for Cox Medical Centers in the wellness department.
Robin Loudis is the new director of communications for the Springfield Family YMCA. Loudis previously was employed by the Southeast Kansas Education Service Center at Greenbush.
Melissa Richards joined the YMCA staff as the design coordinator in the communications department. Richards has experience in both graphic and studio arts.
Finance
Baird, Kurtz & Dobson, certified public accountants, announced several staff additions.
Christopher L. Diltz joined the firm as a staff consultant in the firm's management consulting services department. He has more than six years of consulting experience working with financial and business applications. His duties with BKD include providing technical support and implementation services for clients using Sage MAS 90 accounting software. Jamie E. Bahr and Jennifer A. Fielding joined the firm's BKD Health Care Group as staff consultants. Bahr is a 1996 graduate of SMSU with a bachelor of science degree in accounting.
Fielding is a 1994 graduate of Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, where she earned a bachelor of science business administration degree in accounting. Fielding also holds a master's degree in business administration from Drury University. Bahr and Fielding provides Medicare and Medicaid cost report and reimbursement consulting services for long-term care facilities.
Health Care
Two physicians have joined Urology Surgical Associates, a division of St. John's Physicians and Clinics. Mark Walterskirchen, MD, is board-eligible in urology, and he earned his medical degree in 1991 from the University of Washington School of Medicine.
Geoff Lloyd-Smith, of Urology Surgical Associates, is board-certified in urology. Lloyd-Smith earned his medical degree from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
Law
Craig A. Street joined the law firm of Neale & Newman LLP. Street graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1995, and he earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1998. Previously, Street served as law clerk to the Hon. Kenneth W. Shrum of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District. Street will conduct a general civil practice with Neale & Newman.
Colby R. Smith-Hynes has joined the law firm of Daniel, Clampett, Powell & Cunningham LLC as an associate. He received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 1999. His primary areas of practice are civil litigation, municipal law and government law.
Service
Aire-Master of America Inc. announced two management promotions.
Eric Reese was promoted to plant manager. Reese served the company as production and purchasing manager for three years prior to his promotion. His new duties include managing the production, inventory, shopping, customer service and facilities maintenance departments.
Jason Owen was promoted to Missouri service manager for the company. Owen has been with Aire-Master for five years. His new duties include supervising the service employees for the company's southwest Missouri corporate franchise. Owen is also responsible for expanding the company's corporate franchise into the Oklahoma market.
