Commerce Bank announced two promotions for the bank's Springfield Region. |bold_on|Joe Froehle was promoted to vice president of commercial lending. Froehle has seven years of banking experience. He holds an undergraduate degree from Drury University and a master's degree in business administration from St. Louis University. |bold_on|Dave Montgomery was promoted to vice president of commercial real estate lending. Previously, he served as MoDOT's northeast district engineer, and as assistant district engineer in the Springfield office. He also served as district maintenance and traffic engineer for Springfield from 1981 to 1996. His responsibilities include the divisions of general services and street maintenance.|ret||ret||tab|
