Paris previously served as a retail sales manager for UMB Scout Insurance Services. She holds a bachelor's degree in business from Evangel University, as well as several securities licenses. Commerce Bank announced two promotions for the bank's Springfield Region. |bold_on|Joe Froehle was promoted to vice president of commercial lending. Froehle has seven years of banking experience. He holds an undergraduate degree from Drury University and a master's degree in business administration from St. Louis University. |bold_on|Dave Montgomery was promoted to vice president of commercial real estate lending. |bold_on|Phil Broyles, PE, was appointed assistant director of Public Works over operations for the city of Springfield, effective July 3. Broyles is presently director of operations for the Missouri Department of Transportation. |ret||ret||tab|

Previously, he served as MoDOT's northeast district engineer, and as assistant district engineer in the Springfield office. He also served as district maintenance and traffic engineer for Springfield from 1981 to 1996. His responsibilities include the divisions of general services and street maintenance.|ret||ret||tab|

Rarick has written freelance articles for several national, regional and local publications, including the Springfield Business Journal. D.L. Media Inc. announced the addition of two employees. |bold_on|Abe Kingsley is a recent graduate of Evangel University. His new duties include graphic design and Web page construction. |bold_on|Erin Gollhofer joined the company as a media assistant. She is a junior at Drury University, where she is pursuing a degree in advertising with a minor in business administration.
