The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce has announced several staff changes in its public affairs and communications department. |bold_on|Web Freeman joined the chamber's staff as the communications coordinator. Previously, he worked in the public information office of the city of Springfield. He is responsible for management and maintenance of the chamber's Web site as well as providing assistance with production of other information pieces. |bold_on|Carol Wright, a longtime chamber employee, was named administrative assistant for the department. She will assist the department manager with the public affairs and communications work of the chamber. |bold_on|Ann Elwell was promoted to communications manager. In her new position, she writes and produces chamber publications and works on the organization's events and programs.|ret||ret||tab|

Signature Bank has announced several staff additions. |bold_on|Rob Fulp joined Signature Bank as executive vice president. Fulp has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, with his most recent prior position as executive vice president. In his position with Signature Bank, Fulp is a shareholder, and he will also serve on Signature Bank's board of directors.|bold_on| Rod Schellack joined Signature Bank as senior vice president of commercial loans. He has more than 27 years of experience in banking. Schellack earned a bachelor's degree from Drury College, and he is a graduate of the Norman School of Banking. |bold_on|Judi Phillips joined Signature Bank as vice president of medical and private banking. She has more than 17 years of experience in the banking industry. Previously, Phillips worked for Commerce Bank. |bold_on|Jan Baumgartner is senior vice president of corporate services at Signature Bank. Baumgartner is a certified cash manager with more than 26 years of experience in the banking industry. Previously, she worked for Commerce Bank. |bold_on|Judy Slater joined the bank as a loan assistant. She has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining Signature Bank, Slater worked for Commerce Bank.|bold_on| DeAnn Floyd is assistant vice president of loan administration with Signature Bank. |bold_on|Julie Howard joined Healthsouth Rehabilitation Center of Springfield as a staff physical therapist. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, where she earned a bachelor's of health science degree in physical therapy.
