He earned his medical degree in 1990 from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, Bethesda, Md. Temofeew is board-certified in pediatrics. Previously he served in the U.S. Air Force as the chief of pediatrics of the 375th Medical Group, Scott Air Force Base, Ill.|bold_on| Todd J. Harbach, MD, joined St. John's Orthopedic Association. He earned his medical degree in 1989 from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Reno, Nev. Harbach specializes in spine injuries. Edwards earned his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine in 1995. He also served in the accounting department as a financial and regulatory analytical accountant and as supervisor of property records and manager of property accounting.
