He earned his medical degree in 1990 from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, Bethesda, Md. Temofeew is board-certified in pediatrics. He earned his medical degree in 1989 from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Reno, Nev. Harbach specializes in spine injuries.
