G.R. Stovall joined Bell Building Systems, a design/build general contractor, as operations manager. Stovall is in charge of estimating, sales, purchasing and customer service. Stovall has an associate's degree from Oklahoma State University and has 22 years of experience in commercial construction.
Finance
Great Southern Bank announced six staff additions.
Amy Bilsland joined Great Southern as branch manager of the 723 N. Benton location. She works with staff to ensure quality customer service, meet customer lending needs and attract new business. Previously, as a service and sales associate at Bank of America, Bilsland managed the customer service area and trained and supervised teller associates.
Kent Lammers was appointed branch manager of Great Southern's 1580 W. Battlefield branch. He is responsible for customer service, lending and attracting new business. Lam-mers has a diverse background in the finance industry that ranges from consumer and mortgage lending to investment services.
John Maloney was appointed branch manager of both Bran-son Great Southern locations, at 1729 W. Highway 76 and 110 W. Hensley. Maloney oversees customer service, lending and business development for the two branches.
Maloney previously served as financial intermediary at the Balen Group in Strafford and assistant branch manager at First Community Bank of Taney County in Ridgedale. Maloney graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a degree in finance and banking, and a master's degree in business administration.
Heather Ramsey was appointed regional manager of the southwest region, which includes 10 locations from Branson to Joplin. Her duties include assisting the vice president of branch administration in meeting corporate goals and working with the branches to ensure quality customer service. In the banking industry for 11 years, Ramsey formerly served as banking center manager/assistant vice president for Bank of America and a commercial lending officer at UMB Bank.
Gidget Roark joined Great Southern as branch manager of the Nixa location, where she oversees customer service, lending and new business attraction. Most recently Roark was office manager for Century 21 Hometown in Ozark.
Diana Round was appointed branch manager of Great Southern's Kimberling City location. She supervises a team of associates to provide excellent service, attract customers and provide lending services. Previously, Round was a retail and personal banking officer at Ozark Mountain Bank and also owned and operated her own business.
Shannan Snider returned to Great Southern as branch manager of the bank's 2631 E. Sunshine location. A former Great Southern employee, Snider spent eight years as a branch manager for Bank of America. Snider provides quality customer service, develop new clients and provide lending services to the community. A Springfield native, Snider holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from SMSU.
Steven D. Hamm joined Liberty Bank as vice president, where his primary responsibility is commercial lending. He was previously with Commerce Bank of Springfield for 18 years and most recently served as vice president of commercial loans. Hamm holds a bachelor of science degree from SMSU.
Jeffrey S. Smith joined Baird, Kurtz & Dobson's information technology consulting staff. He provides network development and implementation consulting, and he also helps clients conduct security assessments, improve operations and implement network productivity tools. Smith has more than four years' experience in computer network implementation and software integration. A Microsoft-certified systems engineer, Smith holds a degree in computer electronics from State Fair Community College in Sedalia.
Sharon M. Terry, CPA, was named senior vice president of Metropolitan National Bank. Terry has 18 years experience in banking and public accounting and has served as controller since joining the bank in 1997. She also serves on the executive, asset and liability, and technology committees for the Bank. She works out of the bank's 600 S. Glenstone location.
