David K. Yancey has joined Kirkpatrick, Phillips & Miller, CPAs, PC, as firm administrator. He has nearly 30 years of experience in office supervision, financial management and personnel administration in the law and medical professions. Yancey holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas and an executive master of business administration degree from SMSU.

Banking

James R. Brock was promoted to senior vice president of Bank of America. His responsibilities include consulting with existing and prospective clients on investments alternatives, fiduciary and estate services and credit products. Brock joined the bank in 1979 and has more than 25 years of banking experience.

Communications

All Comm Technologies has recently added three employees.

Steven E. Smith has joined All Comm as general manager.

He has 18 years of experience in various executive management positions with McLeodUSA, Dial US and Hedges Protel.

Tim Thompson has joined All Comm as an account executive. His prior experience includes three years as an account executive with McLeodUSA and five years of employment with Clean Uni-forms Inc. as a district manager.

Kevin Kleinman has joined All Comm as an account executive. Previ-ously he worked for three years as an account executive with Ionex and Broad-wing Communications and three years as a manager of Kissee and Wallace Cattle Management Company.

Documents

Dan Strober has been promoted to national sales and marketing manager for EDCO-The Document People. He will oversee marketing, sales efforts and new product development, and he will direct the regional sales manager and field representatives of Information Manage-ment Systems Ltd., a company purchased by EDCO that specializes in hospital record conversion and storage.

Steve Michael has been promoted to regional sales manager for EDCO-The Document People. His duties include hiring, training and monitoring sales representatives in the Springfield office.

Michelle Biesemeyer joined Express Person-nel Services of Spring-field as an account executive. She is responsible for maintaining existing accounts and developing new ones.
