Empire Bank announced nine employee promotions.
James Brandenburgh is now executive vice president and chief financial officer. He is responsible for accounting, human resources, regulatory compliance, investments and fixed assets. He has a degree accounting from Southwest Missouri State University and a master's of business administration from Drury University.
John W. Duke is now executive vice president and chief operations officer. His management responsibilities are in the retail and operation division of the bank. He has a degree in business administration and a master's of business administration from Drury University. He is also a graduate of The Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University, New Brunswick, N.J.
Joseph McCarty is now executive vice president and chief lending officer. His responsibilities cover the bank's lending division. He has a degree in business administration from SMSU and holds diplomas from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and the Graduate School of Commercial Lending at the University of Oklahoma.
Liz Randall is now vice president customer service manager and handles the daily operations and management of that department. She has worked for the bank more than 30 years.
Paula Moore is now vice president banking center manager and oversees the banking center, as well as consumer and real estate lending. She has more than 15 years' experience in lending.
Sally Hokanson is now compliance officer and is responsible for managing the bank's program of compliance with federal and state banking regulations.
Kris K. Nau is now vice president bank center manager and loan officer at the firm's Chesterfield location. He manages the banking center and handle commercial, consumer and real estate lending concerns. He has a degree in finance from SMSU and a master's of business administration from Drury University.
Jim Binns is now vice president consumer loan manager. He oversees the operations of consumer lending. He has a degree in business from William Jewel College.
Ann Crow is now assistant vice president banking center manager for the bank's North Kansas Expressway location. She is responsible for the banking center and consumer loans.
