Prior to her new position, Garner was the landscape administrator for the city of Branson. He joined the company in 1999, and is a chartered financial analyst candidate. He holds a bachelor of science degree in finance and a master's degree in business administration from SMSU. |bold_on|Marla Witthar was promoted to assistant vice president and trust operations manager. She has been with Springfield Trust Company since 1994, and she has a bachelor's of science degree in accounting from SMSU.|bold_on| Corey Means was promoted to vice president and portfolio manager. He joined STC in 1995. Means specializes in asset allocation, stock selection and other investment management duties. Means is a CFA candidate. He holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from SMSU. |bold_on|David M. Compere joined STC as vice president and trust officer. He holds a degree in finance with a minor in economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Compere also is a graduate of the Trust School at Boston University, sponsored by the Cannon Financial Institute. Metropolitan National Bank announced a staff promotion and a staff addition. |bold_on|Kevin R. Gillogly was promoted to senior vice president of Metropolitan National Bank by its board of directors. He has 23 years of experience in the banking industry, and has been a commercial lender in the Springfield area for 16 years. He has been with Metropolitan National Bank since 1997. In addition to his duties as a commercial lender, Gillogly heads the bank's marketing department and coordinates its business development program. |bold_on|Debra K. Perry joined the bank's staff as a credit review analyst. She has 15 years of banking experience in real estate, loan review, compliance, SBA lending and collections.
