Engineering

Butler, Rosenbury and Partners announced three staff additions.

Bruce Holcomb joined the staff as an engineer. Holcomb received his bachelor and master of science degrees in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. Holcomb has five years of experience in structural design of complete metal building systems and holds a professional engineering license in five states.

Jim Parsons rejoined the structural engineering department as an engineer technologist. Parsons has eight years of experience in engineering and five years of experience in architectural design.

Satish Jain, joined the staff as an engineer in training. Jain received his master of science in civil engineering from Iowa State University and his bachelor of technology in civil engineering from Calicut Regional Engineering College in India.

Communication

George DeMarco was promoted to general manager/market manager by the Zimmer Radio Group. DeMarco was director of sales in Joplin for the last six months and spent 10 years as general sales manager in Springfield for KTTS radio. He graduated from the University of Northern Colorado.

Health care

Patty Summerford, RN, CS-FNP, joined the Buffalo Family Health Care team. Summerford is in family practice, women's health and she is a safe-care examiner. She received her bachelor of science in nursing from Southwest Missouri State University and her master's in nursing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Distribution

Clear Creek Distributing Company announced several staff promotions.

Newman Browning was promoted to operations director. Browning has been with Clear Creek for more than 12 years, previously serving as operations manager.

Mike Craft was promoted from manager of Clear Creek's Branson operations to off-premise manager for the company's entire service area. Craft has been with Clear Creek for six years.

Anna Evans was promoted to the position of marketing manager. Evans has been with Clear Creek for 15 years.

Rick Miller was promoted from off-premise sales manager to director of sales. Miller has been with Clear Creek for 22 years.

Mary Staley was promoted from office manager to comptroller. Staley has been with Clear Creek for 21 years.

Government

Cindy S. Stein, Greene County auditor, was appointed to the State Youth Advisory Board for the Missouri Department of Social Services' Division of Youth Services.
