April Underwood Turner joined the staff of Bradshaw Associates in Advertising as the art director. She has six years of experience in design and advertising. Prior to her new position, Turner was the creative director for MD Publications.

Community

Brian Seagraves joined the Springfield Family YMCA as the director of camping services. Seagraves has several years of experience with YMCA camps in Tennessee, Ohio and Missouri.

Engineering

Michael Morisset joined Engineering Consultants Inc. as a CAD Technician. He holds a bachelor of applied science degree in design and drafting technology from Idaho State University. Morisset has more than seven years of experience in civil and structural design and drafting.

Finance

Rick German has been named senior vice president of The Bank. German, a member of The Bank's management team, has 15 years' experience in commercial lending. He is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a degree in finance. Nancy Leonard was named financial services manager for The Bank. She graduated from SMSU with a bachelor's degree in general business, and she has six years of experience in banking customer service. In her new position, Leonard oversees front-line operations at The Bank's 2655 S. Campbell location.

Retail

John Allsbury rejoined The Carpet Shoppe as a member of the management staff. Allsbury had worked for The Carpet Shoppe in the past in builder sales and ceramic installation. He will oversee sales and installation of ceramic flooring.

Media

Art Morris was named manager of radio stations KSWM FM and KQMO in Aurora. Morris has been with KSWM since 1990, serving previously in several positions, including operations manager, chief engineer and morning show host. Morris has more than 30 years of experience in radio.

Technology

Jennifer A. Green joined KPM Technology LLC, an affiliate of Kirkpatrick, Phillips & Miller CPAs PC, as a systems engineer. Green has a bachelor's degree in management information sciences from the University of Iowa, and was previously employed with Ralston Purina Company as an information systems specialist. She will provide clients with network design, consulting, service support configuration and installation services.

New Horizons Computer Learning Centers announced three staff additions. Michael Buyce and Bob Barr are instructors. Buyce previously worked as a computer applications instructor for Computer Visions in Albany, N.Y. Barr has extensive knowledge in computer applications and the Internet. Previously, he was employed by Cox Medical Center South. Buyce and Barr instruct clients in Microsoft, Lotus, Corel and Macromedia software. Sherry Dziwanowski joined the company as an account executive. Previously, she was an outside sales representative for Glazers Midwest. She has an extensive sales background. Dziwanowski will sell applications and technical training classes in the Southwest Missouri region.
