Arthur Burkhart was promoted to vice president of interactive strategy at Noble & Associates. In his new position, Burkhart leads the agency's digital marketing division, creating online strategies for the Noble Foodservice client base. He has more than 20 years of experience in the food service industry.

Steven Weingart joined the publication Branson StarBill as associate publisher. He is responsible for advertising sales and overseeing client services. Previously, Weingart served as advertising sales manager for the Branson/Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce. He has more than 20 years of advertising sales and marketing experience.

Architecture

Terry Holder, EdD, joined the firm of Sam A. Winn & Associates, Architects, PC, as educational consultant. He consults with the firm's past, present and future educational clients to promote effective communication between the business of education and the architect. Holder recently retired from the position of superintendent of schools for the St. Charles City School District, and he has served in various Missouri school districts since 1970.

Aviation

Tom Turner, a former member of the Airport Aircraft Rescue and Fire team of the Springfield-Branson Regional Airport, has been named director of operations at Anderson County Regional Airport in Anderson, S.C. Turner has a bachelor of science degree in aviation management from Southern Illinois University and 13 years of experience in the aviation industry. He joined the Springfield-Branson Regional Airport in 1997.
