Commerce Bank announced two staff additions and a promotion.

Gregg S. Bailey joined Commerce Bank as community president of its Aurora location. Bailey graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a bachelor of science degree in agricultural education. He has extensive background in agricultural education and lending.

Debbie Bogner was promoted to assistant vice president of residential real estate for Commerce Bank of Bolivar. Bogner is responsible for business development and customer service related to the bank's mortgage loan products for customers in Bolivar and the surrounding area. She has 29 years of banking experience with Commerce, including 16 years in mortgage lending.

Stoney D. Roberts joined Commerce Bank as community president of its Nixa location. Roberts has more than 27 years of banking and lending experience.

Kim Warren was promoted to mortgage loan sales manager and assistant vice president at Great Southern Bank. She works at the 1451 East Battlefield office, managing all aspects of the residential lending department including lending, processing and appraisals. Warren has more than 10 years of mortgage banking experience. Previously she was with Central Mortgage Bancshares. She graduated from Omar Gibson Vocational School with a degree in business administration.

Citizens National Bank of Springfield announced six staff changes.

Sandi Bolin was promoted to assistant vice president of operations. She oversees the bank's bookkeeping and date processing departments and supervises a staff of six. She has more than 11 years of experience in operations, customer relations and quality assurance. She holds a bachelor's degree in education from SMSU.

Nancy Breshears joined the bank as a commercial loan assistant, a position she held at Metropolitan National Bank for more than 10 years. Her duties include commercial loan documentation, loan preparation and closings. She has 15 years of experience and holds a degree from Draughon's Business College.

Kevin Gillogly and Lyndall Magers joined the bank as senior vice presidents and commercial lenders. Gillogly was previously senior vice president of Metropolitan National Bank in the areas of commercial lending and business development. He has 24 years of experience. He graduated from Missouri Southern State College and the Graduated Commercial Lending School in Oklahoma. Magers last served as Metropolitan National Bank's senior commercial lender and senior vice president. He is a graduate of SMSU, the Graduate School of Banking in Baton Rouge, La., and commercial lending schools in Oklahoma. He has more than 23 years of experience.

Beth Highfill was promoted to vice president of marketing. She is responsible for coordinating advertising, publications, media relations, Internet banking and special events for all three bank locations. Highfill has been in banking for six years and has a business administration degree from Drury University.

Joni Watkins was promoted to vice president of consumer lending and Internet banking. Her responsibilities include personal, home equity, home improvement, auto and boat loans, and she also serves as Internet bank site manager. She has 11 years of experience.
