Roberts, McKenzie, Mangan & Cum-mings, certified public accountants, announced five promotions.

Jeff R. Keeling, CPA, has been promoted from senior accountant to audit supervisor. Keeling has a bachelor's degree from Drury University and has eight years of experience in auditing and conducting compilations and reviews for various industries. He is responsible for coordinating audits and reviews of various entities, preparing taxes and supervising staff accountants.

Kari L. Keeling, CPA, has been promoted from senior accountant to tax supervisor. Keeling earned a bachelor's degree from Sonoma State University in California. She has five years' experience in accounting/bookkeeping, auditing and tax preparation for both individual and business clients. Her responsibilities include preparing and reviewing individual and business taxes, small business accounting and bookkeeping, and coordinating the work of staff accountants.

Patrice A. Moore, CPA, has been named a shareholder in the firm. Moore earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Michigan. She has 14 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping, small business and computer consulting, estate planning and all areas of taxation. Moore previously worked in administration and other areas of health care.

Robert W. Rebmann, CPA, has been promoted from supervisor to audit manager. Rebmann has a bachelor's degree from Southwest Missouri State University and has nine years' experience in public accounting, specializing in audits, compilations and reviews of various industries. Reb-mann also assists individuals and business clients in various tax matters.

Stacy Robertson, CPA, has been promoted from supervisor to audit manager. Robertson, a graduate of SMSU, has eight years' experience in public accounting. He specializes in audits, compilations and reviews of industries including retailing, construction, transportation, benefit plans and governmental and nonprofit entities. Robertson also will work with individuals and businesses in various tax matters.

Kim Mayfield joined Barker Phillips Jackson Insurance's Springfield office as a commercial lines customer service agent. Mayfield has been in the insurance industry for eight years.

Government

Southwest Missouri Congressman Roy Blunt announced three additions to his Springfield constituent services office.

Jan Baker of Strafford is Blunt's new constituent advocate, working on Social Security, Medicare, passport and Veteran's Affairs issues for those having difficulties with federal agencies. Baker, a Drury University student, was previously a claims analyst for Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Baker replaces Richard Eddings, who was transferred to Washington, D.C., as a congressional scheduler for Blunt. Former scheduler Amy Field now serves as deputy administrative assistant.

Ken Hallock, an Evangel graduate, is Blunt's field representative. He will travel throughout the district, meeting with groups and individuals.

Fair Grove resident Lisa McCart is now receptionist and staff assistant to Blunt's district director, Sharon Nahon. McCart was a physician's office manager for five years before providing in-home child care for three years.
