Teresa Blair was promoted to chief operations officer. Her areas of ex-pertise include deposit operations and compliance. In addition to this capacity, she is a senior vice president and re-sponsible for operations and training. She joined the firm in 1998. Blair has 23 years of experience in the banking industry. She is a graduate of the Missouri Bankers Association School of Lending and the American Bankers Association National Compliance School.|ret||ret||tab|

John Everett was promoted to chief financial officer. His areas of responsibility include operating results, bond portfolios, interest rates, and overseeing Internet banking and Web site development. He joined the firm in 1997. Everett has 11 years of banking experience. In addition to his current position, he also is a senior vice president and chairman of the asset liability and audit committees with the firm. He is a 1994 graduate of Drury University.|ret||ret||tab|

Randy Johnson was promoted to chief lending officer. He is a member of the firm's management team and loan committee. His areas of specialization include loan policies, procedures and administration. He joined the firm in 1997. Johnson has 20 years of banking experience and is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.|ret||ret||tab|

Drury University has announced three promotions within its administrative organization. |ret||ret||tab|

Krystal Compas, PhD, was named vice president for enrollment management at Drury. Formerly, associate dean of educational services, she now oversees the offices of admission and financial aid while continuing her existing duties of improving student experiences and success. Compas earned a master's degree in education from Drury in 1992, and she completed her doctorate in curriculum and instruction at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1998|ret||ret||tab|

Blanc Parker, formerly associate director of admission, was promoted to director of admission. His tasks include the management of ongoing office operations, which focus on undergraduate recruitment. Additionally, he works with other administrators in mapping out the university's long-term strategy. Parker holds a bachelor of arts degree and a master's degree in education from Drury. He began work at the school in 1983 as an admission counselor.|ret||ret||tab|

Michael Thomas, was promoted to associate vice president for international programs. He formerly was director of admission. In his new position he will assists in monitoring Drury's partnerships with universities in England, Germany, Spain and Australia, as well as involvement in the school's new campus in Greece. Katherine Adams, MD, has joined the staff of St. John's Lebanon Internal Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Karol Marcinkowski Academy of Medicine in Poznan, Poland, in 1990 and completed her residency at St. John's Hospital in Detroit, Mich., in 2001. Adams is board-certified in internal medicine and previously practiced at Cape Girardeau Physician Associates.|ret||ret||tab|

Gail Myer, has been elected chairman of Best Western's Executive Market-ing Advisory Committee. He is responsible for guiding the oversight committee that approves and develops marketing sales and ad campaigns for Best Western Worldwide.
