Don Schmedeke has joined Liberty Mortgage as a mortgage loan officer. He will work in the firm's Mt. Vernon location and oversee the expansion of the home mortgage business in that area.
Kelley Lemons has joined Citizens National Bank of Springfield as assistant vice president and information systems analyst. His responsibilities will be to provide ongoing computer network support, assist with the firm's corporate Internet banking product, and support existing ITI bank software products and system upgrades and enhancements. Lemons has 22 years of banking experience and previously worked for Bank of America. He has attended Drury, SMSU and OTC.
Michael R. White has joined U.S. Bank as senior vice president in commercial lending. He has 23 years of banking experience, including 20 years in commercial lending. He has a bach-lors in science in business administration and a masters of business administration from Pittsburg State University.
Environment
Heather Rache has joined Midwest Environmental Consultants as an environmental specialist. Her responsibilities will include water-quality management and environmental assessment techniques in geomorphology and natural resource management. Rache previously was the director of the geomorphology laboratory at SMSU.
Rache has worked with the James River Total Maximum Daily Load Project and with the Watershed Committee of the Ozarks. She holds a bachelor's degree in environmental and natural resources and a master's degree in resource planning from SMSU.
Health Care
Ted Shockley, RN, was promoted to nursing director of the neurotrama intensive care unit at St. John's Regional Health Center. He has worked for the unit since 1998 previously as a staff nurse and as assistant nursing director.
Construction
Mike Allen has joined Larry Snyder & Company as operations manager. His responsibilities will include the supervision of project management and field operations. He has nearly 30 years of construction experience.
Technology
New Horizons Computer Learning Centers announced the hiring of two employees.
Mitch Trumble has joined the firm as an account executive. He has more than 10 years of sales and customer service experience. He will be responsible for inside sales and client service for company territories throughout southwest Missouri.
Brad Collison has joined the company as an account executive. He has more than 12 years experience in the field and will be responsible for inside sales and client service for company territories throughout southwest Missouri.
Home Furnishings
L. G. Davison has joined Decorize, Inc., as senior logistics manager. He has more than 20 years of logistics experience with companies such as Black & Veatch Inc., Gateway 2000 and Unisys Corp. Davison's previous work has involved cost negotiation and implementation of logistics channels in domestic and international business contexts.
