John Milligan, CPA, has joined Hamra Enterprises as controller. He has more than 20 years experience in public accounting and has worked in the areas of financial management, operations, information systems and human resources. Milligan previously worked as division controller for Fleming Companies in Allen, Texas, and as corporate controller for Lakewood Corp., in Lake Ozark. He has also served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for SYSCO Food Service in St. Louis.
Health Care
Jess Lyon, DO, has accepted a position with Cox Health Systems and works at the Medical Center of Rogersville and Seymour Family Health Care. Lyon completed his medical degree at the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City.
Republic
Traci Countryman has hired on as director of community services for the City of Republic. She will plan, manage and coordinate the city's community service programs. She has worked as recreation supervisor for the parks and recreation department since 1999. Countryman previously worked for Easter Seals Society and the Springfield Family Y. She has a degree in recreation and leisure from Southwest Missouri State University in 1999.
Accounting
Angela C. Baier, CPA, has been promoted to senior accountant with Kirkpatrick, Phillips & Miller, CPAs, PC. She assists clients in auditing services. Baier has a degree in accounting and business administration from Drury University.
Banking
Michael P. Aldrich has joined U.S. Bank as a wealth management consultant. His responsibilities include developing new clients and assisting existing clients' needs.
He has 20 years of insurance and investment experience and is a certified financial planner. Aldrich holds a degree in finance from SMSU.
Fundraising
Debby Gilmore has joined the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame and Price Cutter Charity Championship as assistant director of fundraising and sales.
She previously worked for ALLTEL Communi-cations for five years as a senior account representative.
