Greg Burris was named vice president for administrative services at Southwest Missouri State University. In that position, his duties include human resources, information services, the physical plant, procurement and safety, and transportation. An SMSU alumnus, Burris began his career with the university in 1983 as a junior programmer in computer services and he later served as systems analyst and coordinator of management information systems. Burris was SMSU's associate vice president for administrative services and chief information officer from 1996 until April 19, when he was named acting vice president for administrative services.|ret||ret||tab|

Andrea Letsch joined Commerce Trust Company as vice president and private banking manager. Letsch has 12 years of experience in business and experience in private banking in a trust division. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas in Lawrence, where she earned a degree in economics. Letsch earned her master of business administration degree in May from SMSU. In her new position, she manages business development and customer service for Commerce's Private Banking Group in the Springfield region.|ret||ret||tab|

Audrey Duncan was promoted to director of human resources at Signature Bank. She has more than 11 years of banking experience. Duncan holds a bachelor of arts degree in business from Drury University. With her promotion, she will continue her duties as assistant controller. |ret||ret||tab|

Karen E. Shannon joined US Bank's Private Client Group as a private banking officer. She has more than 20 years of banking experience. Shannon holds both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in business administration from Drury University. In her new position, she is responsible for providing affluent clients with customized private banking solutions and coordinating the delivery of investment management, personal trust and financial planning services. |ret||ret||tab|

Becky White was promoted to administrative assistant at the Mid-Missouri Bancshares Inc. Tech Center. She has 17 years of banking experience in data and payroll processing, as well as experience in accounting and human resources. As administrative assistant, White is responsible for day-to-day activities that support the operations of Mid-Missouri Bancshares and the Tech Center, including ATM, credit card and merchant services. Mark Ophoven was appointed general manager of Troon Golf's Branson Creek Golf Club. He had a 16-year tenure at Marriot Golf, most recently serving as director of golf at the Marriott Lincolnshire Resort in Chicago. Prior to working at the Chicago location, Ophoven was the head professional at Marriott's Rancho Las Palmas Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif. |ret||ret||tab|

He also has previously worked at Tan-Tar-A Resort at Lake of the Ozark. His duties at Branson Creek are to continue to develop it as a golf destination and build greater awareness in the Midwest for the Troon Golf brand. |ret||ret||tab|
