Lannie Crawford has joined Liberty Bank as the vice president of its Marshfield facility. Crawford has 30 years of banking experience in southwest Missouri. In his new position, he is responsible for commercial and consumer loans.

BKD LLP announced a staff addition and two promotions.

Sherri L. Routh, RN, joined the Springfield office of the firm as a member of BKD Health Care Group. She is a 1998 graduate of Southwest Baptist University where she earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She received her RN certification in 1992 from St. John's School of Nursing. In her new position, she performs clinical consulting for health care providers and educates them on Medicare reimbursement strategies.

Sharon Deering and Virginia M. Ross were promoted from staff consultant to senior consultant with BKD LLP.

Deering, a technical writer, works with all areas of consulting and develops proposals, educational materials and other written communications. She also assists with writing and editing of consulting reports in the health care industry, and helps draft business plans and procedure manuals. She is a 1998 summa cum laude graduate of Southwest Missouri State University where she earned a degree in professional writing.

Ross performs Medicare billing, training and consulting for nursing homes. She has more than 10 years of medical billing experience. She attended Creighton University and is nationally certified by the American Society of Training Instructors.

Business Brokers

Dan Machnicki has joined Sunbelt of the Ozarks as a business broker. He has more than 20 years of experience in information technology, management, consulting and sales. His experience included several years with McDonnell Douglas Systems Integration.

Construction

Woodco Construction Inc. announced two staff additions.

Michael Simkins joined the company as field superintendent. He operated his own construction company in the Springfield area for more than 20 years, building custom and spec homes, commercial property, multifamily developments and developing land. In his new position, he manages and oversees the construction of a new 27,368-square-foot multifamily housing development and 13 single-family homes in Perryville.

Penny Doherty joined Woodco Construction Inc. as office coordinator and executive assistant to Dolph Woodman, company president. Doherty has four years of experience as an executive assistant in the construction industry, and she operated her own printing business for several years in Virginia.

Science

National Enzyme Company, located in Forsyth, announced three staff additions.

Rex T. Weiss, MBA, joined National Enzyme as sales manager. He has experience in retail sales, strategic planning and developmental management, previously working as a national account manager for a Fortune 500 company. He has more than 20 years of experience in selling.

Jason Bradley joined the company as account manager for the southwest territory. He has a bachelor of science degree in exercise science and nutrition. He has experience working in retail and distributor sales in the nutrition field.

Jennifer Tate, MBA, joined the company as account manager for the National Enzyme's central territory. She has experience in sales and service, and in customer service and new product support.
