Darlene Davis joined the staff of AdBuilders as an advertising consultant. She has seven years of experience in commercial printing sales and production. Davis attended Walla Walla College in Washington state and is working on a bachelor of science degree in business administration at Drury University. She is a certified nutrition counselor and most recently worked as a corporate sales consultant with The Fitness Club prior to joining AdBuilders. Her new duties include developing new clients and assisting existing clients with their needs.

Banking

Kim Otte was appointed vice president at Citizens National Bank. He manages the bank's residential mortgage lending. Otte has 24 years of experience in the banking industry, the last 12 of which were with Commerce Bank.

Amy Kiefer was promoted to assistant vice president of operations at Signature Bank. She has been with Signature Bank since its inception more than five years ago, and she has more than 14 years of experience in the banking industry. Kiefer is responsible for the operations area of the bank, including supervision of the tellers and personal bankers.

Chamber

Sara Bader joined the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce as coordinator of membership services. Bader graduated from Southwest Missouri State University with a bachelor of science degree in communications and an emphasis in public relations. Prior to joining the chamber, she was an account executive with OnMedia. At the chamber, Bader is responsible for bringing in new members and supporting existing membership through various programs. She also is the staff contact to the Red Carpet committee.

Personnel

Stacey Childs was named training manager for Express Personnel Services. She has eight years of experience in corporate training, and five years of experience in human resources. Her responsibilities include training development and overseeing the Express Customized Training Center.

Waste Services

Advantage Waste Services Inc. announced the promotions of two of its employees. Larry Allen was promoted to route foreman in Springfield. He has been with the company since October 2000. His responsibilities include supervising commercial and residential route drivers and overseeing the daily operations of those routes. Bob Huey, an employee since October 2001, was promoted to general manager for the Verona area. His duties include supervising all employees and daily operations of the company's Verona location.
