Eldon Erwin joined the company as president and chief operating officer. He also serves as president and COO of Central States Bancshares Inc. and First Financial Bancshares Inc.; president of Mid-Missouri Bank; and senior vice president of Webb City Bank and First National Bank of Mt. Alana Patterson joined the company as senior vice president and CFO. She also serves as senior vice president and CFO of Central States Bancshares Inc. and First Financial Bancshares Inc., as well as Mid-Missouri Bank, Webb City Bank and First National Bank of Mt.
