Catherine D. Goodnight joined Evans & Dixon LLC's Springfield office as an associate in the firm's workers' compensation practice. She holds a doctorate of law from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville, and a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. Goodnight previously worked for Harrell & Lindsey PA in Camden Ark., and she also has served as a law clerk for Boyce Davis Associates. She also worked for Wright Law Firm in Arkadelphia, Ark., researching personal case law, federal statutes and negligence. As an associate with Evans & Dixon, Goodnight represents major insurance carriers and self-insured employers from a variety of industries in workers' compensation and employers' liability cases. |ret||ret||tab|

Mary Chalender was promoted from local sales manager to general manager at OnMedia, the advertising sales division of Mediacom. She helped open the office as an account executive for TeleCable in 1984 and has held the position of local sales manager for the past six years. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.
